Account Manager, Health Plan Accounts (Onsite)

We need an Account Manager with hands-on experience owning health plan relationships and a working command of payer operations. This role owns the commercial relationship for a named book of health plan accounts in the assigned metro, drives retention and expansion against the plan’s own operating problems, and acts as the commercial counterpart to delivery across everything Simplify Alpha runs under the SolaaS model. Three things are non-negotiable and are screened before anything else: payer domain fluency, a track record selling technology and technology enabled services into health plans, and a working understanding of AI.

Senior Product Owner (Claims)(Onsite)

The individual will be positioned directly alongside the platform team behind a large-scale Claims Adjudication Platform used by health plans to process and pay claims. The platform is in the middle of a multi-year modernization journey, and this role will help shape and drive that roadmap from the product side, working day-to-day with the platform's product owners, engineering leads, and health plan stakeholders. This is a hands-on, embedded product role.

Provider Application SME (Technical)(Onsite)

We need a Provider Application Expert with hands-on build experience in Provider Data Management (PDM) and Provider Network/ Contracts applications. This role owns the technical design of provider data workflows, drives rules-based automation, and architects integrations across Claims, Provider Directory, Portal, and other downstream systems.

Architect AWS (Onsite)

We are looking for an Architect to own the technical vision for large-scale, distributed, cloud-native platforms built primarily on AWS (including EKS) and Red Hat OpenShift, with Go, Python, and Node.js, extending into adjacent technologies as engagements require. This role works closely with client stakeholders, engineering leadership, and onshore/offshore delivery teams to define architecture standards, guide technology choices, and ensure platforms are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. The scope is intentionally broader than a single language or service stack: while Go, Python, Node.js, AWS/EKS, OpenShift, and automation form the core, the architect is expected to evaluate and guide adjacent technologies (containers and orchestration, event streaming, infrastructure-as-code, data platforms, and API management) as the right tool for a given problem.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines across our health plan technology platform, spanning AWS-native data services and existing SQL Server/SSIS ETL processes. This role sits alongside the other engineering teams in this application landscape (software engineering, Data/BI & Integration, DevOps, and Edifecs EDI), and carries dual responsibility: keeping current SQL Server/SSIS workloads reliable, and helping migrate and modernize them onto AWS-native pipelines.

Senior Data & Integration Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Data & Integration Engineer to design, build, and support data pipelines, BI reporting, and enterprise integration flows across our health plan technology platform. This role combines hands-on data engineering with AWS Glue, reporting and analytics with Power BI, and integration development with IBM Message Broker / App Connect Enterprise (ACE), and carries a strong expectation of AI-assisted engineering practice. You will be based in Hyderabad in a hybrid work model, partnering closely with onshore architects, business stakeholders, and other engineering teams.

Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery across the engineering teams supporting our health plan technology platform, spanning software engineering (Junior through Architect levels, working in Go, Python, Node.js, and AWS-based distributed systems), Data & Integration Engineering (AWS Glue, Power BI, Message Broker/ACE), and DevOps & Cloud Engineering (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS/OpenShift). This is a techno-functional leadership role: you will own the program plan, translate customer and business requirements into clear technical direction, and track delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams and onshore/offshore teams. Just as important, you will be the driving force behind an AI-first mindset across every team and every solution, setting the expectation that AI-assisted engineering is the default way of working, not an exception.

Senior Mainframe Developer

We are looking for a Senior Mainframe Developer with deep, hands-on expertise in COBOL, IMS, and DB2 to support and evolve our core mainframe platform. This role has two parts that carry equal weight: staying hands-on with the mainframe systems that run the business today, and building enough fluency in AWS, Go, and Python to identify and help shape realistic opportunities for modernization and transformation. You will be one of the primary people who understands how the current platform actually works, and you will use that understanding to help the organization move it forward.

We are looking for a Senior Edifecs Analyst to build, configure, and support the EDI integration layer of our large healthcare core administration platform. This is an execution-focused, hands-on role: you will implement trading partner configurations, transaction maps, and validation rules under the direction of the onsite Lead Edifecs Analyst, and provide day-to-day production support for high-volume EDI transaction processing.

Lead Edifecs Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Edifecs Analyst to serve as the primary client-facing technical authority on our large healthcare core administration platform's EDI integration layer. This is a leadership role: you will own solution design and requirements translation directly with client business, compliance, and technical stakeholders, and you will lead and mentor the offshore Edifecs analyst team that builds and supports the day-to-day configurations. Deep, current, hands-on Edifecs expertise is essential; this is not a purely managerial role, you are expected to personally understand and validate the technical build.

Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Delivery & Program Management team in Pune. You will own Agile ceremonies and sprint execution across 2-3 cross-functional squads delivering product features and platform releases on our healthcare SaaS platform. Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and QA, you will protect sprint commitments, resolve blockers quickly, maintain real-time delivery visibility across squads in Azure DevOps and Jira, and communicate program health clearly to stakeholders at every level. This role suits a practitioner who has moved beyond just running ceremonies - someone who actively manages multi-squad dynamics, communicates with confidence across technical and business audiences, and pushes back on anti-patterns with constructive intent.

Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our PMO at Simplify Healthcare in Pune. In this role, you will sit at the centre of our delivery portfolio - owning program governance, budget tracking, capacity planning, and resource allocation across 3-5 concurrent programs spanning product releases, client implementations, and platform initiatives. This is not a project coordination role. We need a practitioner who thinks at the portfolio level, builds and maintains robust financial and capacity models, drives PMO governance standards, and produces the executive-level visibility that allows leadership to make fast, informed decisions. You will work closely with Delivery Directors, TPMs, Engineering Leads, and Finance to ensure programs are staffed correctly, spend is controlled, and delivery risk is surfaced and managed proactively.

We are looking for an experienced Product Consultant to take end-to-end ownership of how our Health Plan Benefit Management System is shaped, delivered, and adopted — a critical platform that powers how health plans define, configure, and deliver benefit information across products and channels. This is a hybrid role that sits at the intersection of client advisory and internal product delivery. On the client side, you are the trusted advisor — shaping solutions, leading workshops, and steering implementation decisions for health plan customers. On the product side, you carry that field intelligence back into the roadmap, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to make sure the platform evolves in ways that scale across clients. We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer to own test automation strategy, framework development, and team leadership within our Quality Engineering function in Pune. You will design and build automation frameworks from scratch where needed, extend and scale existing ones, and lead a team of automation engineers to deliver high-quality, maintainable test coverage across our healthcare SaaS platform. This role goes well beyond writing test scripts.
