We are hiring a VP – Solutions Delivery to lead end-to-end implementation of our healthcare products from our Pune Global Delivery Center. You will own delivery outcomes for marquee U.S. health plan customers, drive predictability across a complex program portfolio, embed an AI-first operating model, and represent Simplify in executive governance with our customers.
Healthcare/payer experience is a strong advantage. Engineering and program delivery leadership is non-negotiable.
• End-to-end delivery of customer implementations — onboarding, configuration, integration, UAT, go-live, and hypercare — across our SaaS payer platform.
• Delivery predict ability: enforce frameworks, gating, and forecasting that produce on-time, on-scope, on-margin outcomes program after program.
• Operational rigor: a tight cadence of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly governance — internal and customer-facing — backed by clean RAID logs, dashboards, and decision rights.
• Risk leadership: institutionalize early detection across technical, scope, dependency, and customer-readiness risks; personally own escalation and recovery on troubled accounts.
• AI-first delivery: embed AI and automation across the delivery lifecycle —requirements, configuration, testing, deployment, reporting, support — and quantify impact in hours saved, cycle time reduced, defects lowered, and cost-to-serve improved.
• Customer leadership: build trust with C-level executives at U.S. health plans; chair governance forums and drive programs as the accountable delivery executive.
• Team and talent: lead, scale, and mentor a multi-layered global delivery organization; build a leadership bench with AI fluency as a baseline.
• Financial governance: utilization, margin, billing milestones, and program-level P&L.
• 20+ years in software/ITdelivery, with a meaningful portion in senior leadership owning multi-program,multi-customer portfolios.
• Proven track record runninglarge-scale, complex implementation programs for North American enterprisecustomers — with hands-on accountability for outcomes, not just oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to drivemeasurable improvements in predictability, throughput, defect density,CSAT/NPS, and cost of delivery.
• Hands-on familiarity withAI-powered developer tools, AI agents in delivery workflows, and theoperational shifts needed to adopt them at scale.
• Executive presence —comfortable in C-level customer conversations and recovery scenarios.
• Sharp commercial instincts; you understand how delivery decisions show up in the P&L.
• Healthcare/U.S. payer domain experience is a strong advantage — but engineering credibility and program delivery track record come first.
• Bachelor's in Engineering required; MBA preferred.
• On-time, on-scope, on-margin delivery across the portfolio.
• Year-over-year improvement in predictability, defect leakage, and post-go-live stability.
• Quantified productivity and quality gains from AI and automation adoption.
• Customer satisfaction(CSAT/NPS) and reference-ability of marquee accounts.
• Leadership bench strength and retention of critical talent.
• Category-leading healthcaretechnology company at an inflection point — strong growth, marquee customers, and serious AI investment underway.
• Genuine ownership of a largedelivery organization with a clear mandate to transform how it operates.
• A leadership team that values operational rigor, decisive action, and quantified impact.
