As member of our core Product Engineering and Delivery team you will work with other Engineers and Leads throughout the software development lifecycle involved in design, development, integration and testing our suite of products. This is a hands-on role and will require you to mentor a team of junior developers and assist the team with problem-solving and process optimization. You will work on Agile frameworks, popular coding languages and acquire in-depth knowledge of our market leading product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Experience in providing development and support assistance based on priority, urgency, escalation and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Proactive in nature, identifying problems in advanceand looking for continuous service improvement opportunities
- Should possess good understanding of architecture of different enterprise applications toenable better in troubleshooting of environment issues
- Handling the status callson daily basisand to track the progressaccording to the scheduled project plan
- Troubleshooting, Application Problem Solving with good communication coordinating withinternal & external Stakeholders and understanding their requirements
- Preparing the analysis documentby studying the challenges facingby organization
- Providing technicalsolutions to clientrequirements and implementation in co-ordination with onshore teams
- Collect requirements regarding new enhancements and documentation
- Solution designing, preparation of low-level design and KT to both onsite/offshoredevelopment, business analysts and testing teams
- Review of low-level design,high level design,test plan and results deliveredfrom offshore
- Maintain requirements, analysis and design documents for different phases of development activities.
- Preparing and Reviewing understanding document with Customer and getting sign off
- Ensure close working relationship with Functional, Development, QA and other supporting teams
- Design and develop technical solutions.
- Estimate, plan, and schedule deliveries
- Troubleshoot production issues with minimal support.
- Manage deployments and releases.
- Analyze and mitigate risks.
- Report accurate status to all stakeholders.
Experience:
• 7 to 10 years
Must have skills:
- The candidate should have degree in Engineering or equivalent course from a recognized university
- Overall experience more than 5 years of experience in IT software development and support
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in application development and support in .Net technology
- Should have good experience in C#
- The candidate must have experience in writing complex queries for MS-SQL Server
- Experience in SQL migration to Azure PaaS, SSIS is advantage.
- Experience in ASP.NET MVC 4.8 or ASP.NET Web API is must.
- Desirable to have experience in Entity Framework 6.2+, Unity Framework preferable.
- Should have knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery-UI
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and scrum frameworks to fulfill our business needs
- Fair knowledge of Azure DevOps & Git
- Experience in Design Patterns/ Solid Principles
- Good Analytical skills
- Excellent Client Communication Skills
