The role of the Business Analyst 2 is to actively participate in software development and implementation projects through initiation, analysis, execution and implementation phases. This role will engage with cross-functional business and technology team members through the project life-cycle, developing and documenting business requirements to be used by the software development and delivery teams as well as the basis for test cases utilized by the QA team to ensure that solutions meet the original business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate healthcare knowledge
- Develop product knowledge and get certified
- Work with technical teams on User Stories as needed
- Identify issues, structures, and conduct necessary analysis of large sets of data from which to draw conclusions
- Perform research and obtain needed data in the requirement gathering stage
- Validate the work done by the technical team as needed in the form of User Acceptance Testing
- Follow up on assigned tasks and take full ownership of them
- Perform configuration activities as required within the product through the UI
- Apply basic SQL skills (including Select, Where, and Condition clauses)

- Create/update training materials
- Act as product SME – point of contact for clients for questions/requests/issues on the working of the product
Required Skills:
- 2 to 5 years’ experience
- University degree (technical is a plus) or equivalent
- Healthcare knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving.
- Superior personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g. communication and soft skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities, personal maturity).
